Implementação de filtros opcionais por
nomeecpfna rotaGET /atletas.Se fornecidos, os filtros retornam atletas que correspondam parcial ou totalmente aos parâmetros.
Paginação (Pagination):
Adição de paginação à listagem, permitindo o uso de parâmetros
offsetelimitpara controle da consulta.A listagem agora retorna apenas o subconjunto de atletas solicitado.
Correção do Retorno HTTP (Status 303):
Corrigida a resposta HTTP para a criação de novos atletas (
POST /atletas) de 201 Created para 303
