First one is for score activities, e.g. PMP, etc. second one is for Process Description Repo

Adding Org Info to the main Readme page to give an information on what teams, which repos, OPLs, Discussions etc are there, the readme is extended with a first data set, to be followed by updates e.g. on otterdog etc.
