Feat: Timing improvements

Why is this change proposed?

New API: changeTime(DateTimeImmutable|Duration $time)
Available for Test Support.

// Set specific time (first call can set any time, subsequent calls cannot go backwards)
$ecotoneTestSupport->changeTime(new DateTimeImmutable('2025-08-11 16:01:01'));

// Advance time by duration
$ecotoneTestSupport->changeTime(Duration::minutes(2));
