Description

This PR is part of a fix for issue 148 where the hash of the message does not include the payload type (e.g. either ApproveMessages or RotateSigners). As part of this fix a refactor was made such that both the multisig prover and the gateway rely on the axelar-solana-std crate for hashing removing code duplication.

Duplicate of: #105

Rebased to sync with main branch.
