Release Privileged Access Detection package to production

LGTM! Also just a heads up that transforms are now owned my management team, so no need to tag ML UI team for review anymore.

Hi @qn895 I saw that ml-ui is still automatically tagged due to being part of the CODEOWNERS file for these packages - example we can remove that, but whom / what group should we tag in replacement, if any?

@qn895 pointed out that @alisonelizabeth team owns the transform UI now and she might be able to answer the above question @susan-shu-c .

Thanks for the note. I'll make a PR to remove the ml-ui team for now, and your team can assess if additional reviews are needed when these packages are changed in the future.
