The Pelican build fails because data\versions.yaml is missing or not in the correct location. Without it, Pelican cannot generate the site, so the output/ folder is empty, causing 404 errors locally and failing Netlify deploys. |

This PR fixes the 404 page that was broken in #332 (site: Switch jekyll -> pelican).
