• Migrate Datapipe packages into a uv monorepo with separate datapipe-core, datapipe-ml, datapipe-label-studio, and datapipe-cvat libs.
• Add shared examples, e2e template examples, package-specific GitHub Actions, and CI fixes for monorepo testing.
• Refine core transform/output handling, dependency resolution, and warning cleanup across tests and runtime code.
