Adds tool and required Perl modules for RTF to plaintext conversion. Specified new rtf2txt tool in executables and invocation hashrefs. Rewrites convert to plaintext plugin to use document MIME type rather than file extension to determine file type. Adds application/rtf and text/rtf to mime-type that can be converted to plaintext.
