the files are named the same and thus overwrite each other (see esdoc/esdoc-plugins#20) For now, we remove the CHANGELOGs from esdoc generation until esdoc/esdoc-plugins#83 or sth similar has landed in esdoc

Hi, just out of curiosity, would you consider a change like this?
Basically it allows an object as part of the
filesarray inmanualwith asrcanddestPrefixfield to allow to have same named files in different output locations.It would resolve my usecase for this, which is to generate CHANGELOG files from a monorepo to different subdirectories.
