The cannon.md configuration table listed available output types as xatu, http, kafka, and stdout, but omitted the newly added clickhouse output sink.
Introduced by commit 7fda2e0 (@samcm).
Without this correction, users reading the documentation would not know that clickhouse is a valid output type for cannon, potentially leading them to configure the older xatu-server → Kafka → consumoor pipeline instead of the new direct-to-ClickHouse path.
