Thanks for putting together this great collection! I just published a book called _[Fundamentals of DevOps and Software Delivery](https://www.fundamentals-of-devops.com/)_, which goes through an example of an end-to-end CI / CD pipeline, including most of the topics covered in this collection (build, release, infrastructure, code review, static and dynamic checks, coverage, testing, packaging, provisioning, and more), so I'm hopeful the book is a good fit for the list of books on this page.
