This removes a library that is not actively used, and is not a dependency of the code here in the repository.

I actually have a commit in a separate branch to delete the "require 'pry'" statements, but it would be unnecessary if you merge your PR. |

Yep, just waiting on someone to approve it that is on the authorized
approval list now. Perhaps @exercism/guardians can help when they have
time.
