Is 384** definitely covered by a single timezone? I honestly haven't looked at this in a while, but the ones I left off generally were ambiguous, so I just want to double check |

I checked http://4zipcodes.com/, and it indicates that yes, only Central. Granted, I did not check official government sources. |

Adds a Tennessee Zipcode. Also changes the name of the active_support gem to the new name, activesupport. Removes debugger gem.
