Synchronization issues

make sure Group Speed Dial is installed
- when you open New tab page, you should see your dials page
- if it's not there, install it from: Firefox Store, Chrome Store or Edge Store

on the dials page, check the Cloud icon

it should show a check-mark and inside should be "synced" label:

if you see here "Login/create account", click it - it will open login page

make sure you are logged to the same account on each device:

open your cloud account page on each device: https://group-speed-dial.fastaddons.com/

do you see the same Name / Email?

once you return to dials page (by opening New tab page)

if you just logged in your account, you will be presented with
Dials data synchronizationdialog:

choose
Download server backupif your cloud has data and you want to download them into your freshly installed extension -
or choose
Synchronize dials to serverif you want to upload your local dials to the cloud

to synchronize also thumbnails, check Options page / Thumbnails
If you have (accidentally) created multiple accounts - for example using your existing Facebook and Google account, and you've login into the wrong (old) account, your current local dials will be automatically replaced by the dials from that account.
Recent changes to your dials can be always reverted from the main menu:
If you don't see the "Undo last change" in the menu, click the "History / backups" instead.
It will open small window where you can see all recent changes.
NOTE: after you revert your dials to the previous state, these reverted dials will be automatically synchronized to the cloud account.
