Added Copy functionality to sidebar and home page widgets, allowing users to copy drives and folders to the clipboard for pasting elsewhere.

Closes #4262

Steps used to test these changes

1. Right-click a drive (e.g., External Drive E:) in the sidebar and select Copy
2. Navigate to another folder (e.g., D:\Backup) and paste
3. Verify that a folder named "E" is created in D:\Backup without errors
4. Right-click a drive in the home page Drives and select Copy
5. Navigate to another folder and paste
6. Verify the drive is copied successfully
7. Test copying regular folders from sidebar and home page widgets
8. Test copying Quick Access items and Network Locations
9. Verify that special locations (Recycle Bin, Network) do not show the Copy option

This looks very good! I think we should disable it for the tags section and home item.

I can confirm this is working for the sidebar and Quick Access widget. Two things I discovered:

• The context menu doesn't close when clicking 'Copy'.
• The 'Copy' button is missing from the 'Recent files' widget.

I have fixed the issue, and also addressed another issue (copy button shown as expandable in the menu) that occurred due to the recent changes
