FIX: YorHA theme for AGS 3.x + Hyprland 0.55 + tweaks

• Hyprland 0.55+: Fixed layerrule (match:namespace), migrated to windowrule v3, and removed ignorealpha.
• AGS 3.x Rewrite: Replaced legacy 1.x API with Astal + TypeScript under same path components/ags/
• UI Redesign: I have changed the default top bar with numbered desktops for custom boxed frames with detached rails, hand-drawn icons, more larger fonts, with sys monitors and tools besides animated modals.
• Theming: Added EXTRAS/ with YoRHa CSS themes for Discord and WhatsApp and a NieR XCURSOR port that is auto-installed in the new_install.sh script.
• added +2 auxiliary scripts in same style of ''screenshot'' such as overkill and screenrecord, with same animation process.

hi, this looks really nice, but would it be possible to keep this new bar with widget toggles optional? having the usual workspaces aswell would be pretty nice

and thanks alot for migrating to the newer ags and hyprland versions 💜
