…ith the latest Dart SDK The most recent Dart SDK includes a change that uses the new dot shorthand syntax in the declaration of a dart:developer API (see https://dart.googlesource.com/sdk/+/489f63a3bd89e89864d95ffa7b8366576e3f0de0) The DevTools tests are failing in the latest Dart->engine roll because DevTools currently uses version 7.7.1 of the analyzer package. The test scripts are unable to build devtools_app because the older version of the analyzer throws an exception when processing the dot shorthand syntax. See dart-lang/sdk#61856
