Initial pass of clang-format on some files. Configuration built to be as close to the existing code style as possible, but will leave to @flyinghead's discretion if certain properties should be changed.
Each reformatted file must go under manual review to make sure clang-format isn't overly aggressive. None of the options here should break logic, but it may reformat manually formatted sections in an excessively verbose manner.
