Concrete steel reinforced structure corrosion prevention with galvanic anodes

This application provides a calculation from measured parameters on a steel reinforced concrete structure (see illustration). The mathematical formula is deduced from Tafel and Butler-Volmer equations

Protection galvanique du béton armé

Cette application fourni un calcul de cinétique électrochimique dans le contexte de la prévention de corrosion avec des anodes galvanique du béton armé. A partir de paramètres mesurés sur une structure (voir illustration), la formula mathématique déduite de la loi de Tafel et la relation de Butler Volmer permet de déterminer si la dépolarisation indique un état de corrosion passif (protégé) ou actif (la structure de dégrade).
