This fixes the error: "The variable LLVM-RUNTIME::SIZE is unbound."
This fixes "The function SB-VM::SIGN-EXTEND is undefined." on ppc64, where that SBCL-internal function is not defined.

Here are two small patches that I needed in order to run the "Hello, World!" example on ppc64
