Vorschlag der Interimsgruppe zur Änderung der Wahlordnung. Nach 14 Tagen Diskussionszeit kann die Interimsgruppe die Änderung der Ordnung beschließen.
Änderungen an der Geschäftsordnung des Fachschaftsrates und Übergangsregelungen für den ersten Wahlzeitraum werden anschließend beschlossen und bekanntgegeben. Vorgesehen ist, dass im Sommersemester vier Personen gewählt werden, deren Amtszeit eineinhalb Semester beträgt und vier Personen, deren Amtszeit zweieinhalb Semester beträgt.

Wesentliche Änderungen

§ 2

• Es werden sechs bis acht, statt genau acht Mitglieder gewählt.

§ 3

• Der FSR wird einmal pro Semester jeweils zur Hälfte gewählt. Dadurch wird eine dauerhafte Arbeitsfähigkeit und einfachere Einarbeitung ermöglicht.
• Der Wahlzeitpunkt wird auf das Ende der Vorlesungszeit festgelegt.

§ 6

• Der Wahlausschuss wird einmal im Jahr eingesetzt und verantwortet beide Wahlen in seiner Amtszeit.

§ 7, § 8

• Auf Anregung des letzten Wahlausschusses werden die Ankündigung der Wahl (bisher drei Wochen vor dem Wahltermin) und Frist zur Kandidatur (bisher zwei Wochen vor dem Wahltermin) um jeweils eine Woche vorgezogen.

§ 10

• Es wird eine Vierprozenthürde eingeführt. Nur wer mindestens 4 % der abgegebenen Stimmen erhält ist gewählt oder kann nachrücken.
• Wenn nicht mindestens drei Personen gewählt werden bzw. die Wahl annehmen, muss die Wahl wiederholt werden. Somit können entweder drei oder vier Mitglieder bei einer Wahl gewählt werden.

Proposal by the interim group to amend the electoral code. After a 14-day discussion period, the interim group may adopt the amendment to the regulations.
Amendments to the Student Council’s Rules of Procedure and transitional provisions for the first election period will subsequently be adopted and announced. The plan is to elect in the summer semester four members whose term of office will be one and a half semesters, and four members whose term of office will be two and a half semesters.

Significant Changes

§ 2

• Six to eight members will be elected, instead of exactly eight.

§ 3

• Half of the Student Council is elected once per semester. This ensures continuous operational capacity and facilitates the onboarding process.
• The election date is set for the end of the lecture period.

§ 6

• The Election Committee is appointed once a year and is responsible for both elections during its term of office.

§ 7, § 8

• Upon the suggestion of the last Election Committee, the announcement of the election (previously three weeks before the election date) and the deadline for candidacy (previously two weeks before the election date) are each moved up by one week.

§ 10

• A 4% threshold is introduced. Only those who receive at least 4% of the votes cast are elected or may be successors.
• If not at least three people are elected and accept the election, the election must be repeated. Thus, either three or four members may be elected.
