The module go directive moves from 1.21 to 1.25.0. k8s.io/apiserver and k8s.io/kube-openapi are promoted from indirect to direct require entries; k8s.io/gengo and golang.org/x/mod drop out of the explicit indirect list as the graph is tidied.
