…exclusive-create writes destRoot is a per-run mkdtemp workspace in every current call path, so the CodeQL js/insecure-temporary-file finding was theoretical — but the guard is two lines: refuse a .se-attachments dir that is a symlink, and write downloads with wx so a pre-placed path is never followed or overwritten. Addresses the alert pair surfaced on PR #176 (whose diff never touched this file).
