I have added some 3D printable options as an alternative to commercial products. Full disclosure - I am the creator of the Cube rack on printables - a fully printed stackable mini-rack that you can build with only a 3d printer and some mounting hardware.

I spent the afternoon pulling together what I had from my first build and writing a little assembly guide. Here it is! https://github.com/axiopaladin/ButterflyRack It uses metal rails for the vertical axis, and 3D printed brackets to set the width/depth. It's currently disassembled while I work on some improvements so I don't have any glamor shots ready right now, but here's a photo I made for the build guide: |

I did something really similar, and I even used dovetail connectors! 😀 I used some 12" 2020 extrusion for the depth, but I wanted the width to be dialed in to the spec so I used printed parts for that. |
