This PR proposes a tweak to the code base to allows for
survey_mean()andsurvey_prop()to return Wilson Score CIs for proportions. These are natively available in the {survey} package as of version 4.5. The proposed change will throw an error if theprop_methodargument is not available in the version of {survey} is installed on the user's machine.
