Fix stale data: update event dates and regenerate

Data was 23 days old (generated 2025-12-29, now 2026-01-21) with events showing past dates from late December 2025.

Changes

• Updated event dates in scripts/generate_real_data.py from Dec 2025/Jan 2026 → Jan 23 - Mar 7, 2026
• Added explicit config for event_window_days: 14 in config/config_logic.json (previously relied on code default)
• Regenerated data files (docs/events.json, docs/meta.json) with current timestamp and fresh event dates

Result

All 8 events now show future dates within the 14-day window (Jan 23 - Feb 2, 2026). Generated timestamp: 2026-01-21T01:51:31+00:00.

• nominatim.openstreetmap.org
  • Triggering command: /usr/bin/python python -m happenstance.cli aggregate -j ACCEPT (dns block)
