github.com/argoproj/argo-cd/v3 is being flagged as affected with no fixed version due to fallback path matching. The vulnerable webhook payload logic was patched on master prior to branching v3.x (patched in v2.11.6 / v2.10.15 / v2.9.20). v3.x was never vulnerable and should be marked as unaffected.
