added AuthorityInfoAccess function

AuthorityInfoAccess function works just like the SubjectInfoAccess function, grabbing the AIA extension data instead of the SIA extension data.

This pull request also cleans up whitespace encoding

Hi @bcarroll, this repository is read only, so applying a patch here is not going to help. (We weren't able to turn off pull requests, so it's kind of confusing). The author does not appear to have been active on CPAN since 2011. https://metacpan.org/author/AJUNG/releases

If that doesn't work, you could also see about adopting the module. Let me know if you need more information on how to do that and I can point you in the right direction.

@bcarroll We got co-authorship on CPAN and forked the repo for further development. If you are still interessted in getting your commit into the upstream modul can you please resend it to our repo (I would appreciate if you remove the whitespace changes)
