* Update internal version of cesium in 'Build' folder to same folder from latest release file/s: Cesium-1.1.23.zip * https://cesium.com/downloads/ * https://github.com/CesiumGS/cesium/releases/download/1.123/Cesium-1.123.zip * ie use 'Build' out of zip and delete previous one. The old agi.com terrain server/s are no longer available, and you now have to use the cesium-ion servers, which are free for non-commercial use so long as you have a provider token, one of which I've got for free and included in this commit.
