Live sessions with session resumption emit a stream of resumption-handle and usage-metadata events that rendered as empty, clickable chat rows.
Skip events that carry only metadata markers (
liveSessionResumptionUpdate/usageMetadata) with nothing else renderable. Non-live and normal content events are unaffected.Tests: added unit + appendEventRow integration coverage.
