1) Sanitize shape before calling `opt_einsum.contract_path`. 2) Move QArray broadcasting logic from `einsum_info.py` to `qarray.py`. Now qwix einsum can handle inputs with symbolic input shapes such as `64*b`. PiperOrigin-RevId: 870671139
