Not enough work has been done within the repository to justify updating the year. Updating just to do it is useless. |

Oh, this is also an improper way to update the copyright year as well. You never remove years, but add. So it would be either Still, unless a substantial amount of work has been done to modify the codebase within a given year, updating the license doesn't do anything. |
