Summary
Why
The icon makes bindings and the active cycle panel easier to recognize at a glance. Caching avoids repeated workspace icon lookups on the switching path.
This PR intentionally contains only the icon feature; it does not include fork-specific bundle identifiers, signing, update, or development-build configuration.
