- Chose more specific logging message for pipeline config differences - Maintains consistency with binary difference logging format

- Fixed replica string formatting in kubernetes_management.py
- Added missing comments for rollout completion logic
- Fixed comment typo in update_models.py ('slight between' -> 'slight delay between')
- Improved logging messages for deployment rollout tracking
- Fixed comment formatting and improved code readability - Removed commented out code that was causing conflicts - Updated string formatting to use consistent quote style
