The ECS task definition previously defaulted to X86_64 while the EC2 ASG already ran on Graviton. Build the image natively on an ARM runner and set the Fargate CPU architecture to match.
Bumping the shared catalog entry also changed the `gu:cdk:version` metadata baked into the ab-testing CDK snapshots, breaking their tests. Those stacks don't need the canary, so pin it on the dotcom-rendering package instead.
