Summary

  • avoid full StateStore cache refreshes on lease/worktree/identity hot paths and retarget persistent runtime rows directly
  • preserve private evidence/review markers when canonicalizing issue identity from a stale store
  • extend active app-server idle handling while Codex is running model execution and align daemon/status liveness with that protocol state

Verification

  • cargo test -p decodex protocol_activity_idle_timeout --all-features
  • cargo test -p decodex active_run_reconciliation_allows_running_model_execution_until_model_timeout --all-features
  • cargo make check
