Summary

follow AppKit effective appearance for the Decodex App menu bar window
increase dark-mode contrast for zero-value operator metrics

Verification

swift test --package-path apps/decodex-app
apps/decodex-app/script/build_and_run.sh stage
cargo make test-decodex-app-stage
launched signed app and screenshot-checked the dark-mode operator strip
