Summary

  • Add a social_candidate/v1 release-pulse handoff for the official Codex app 26.602 changelog checkpoint.
  • Keep claims limited to the official OpenAI Codex changelog entry; no upstream source/PR-file analysis is included.
  • Hand off to decodex-x-publisher for duplicate, daily-cap, media, account, and social_post/v1 persistence decisions.

Evidence consumed

  • Official Codex changelog: https://developers.openai.com/codex/changelog
  • GitHub release metadata confirmed no newer openai/codex checkpoint than rust-v0.138.0-alpha.4; PR 211 already covers alpha.2/alpha.3/alpha.4 as needs_upstream_analysis / no-op.
  • Benchmark readback found @CodexReleases and @Codex_Changelog already covered app 26.602; that is recorded only as a caveat, not source evidence.

Validation

  • jq empty artifacts/github/social-candidates/openai-codex-app-26-602-release-pulse.json
  • cargo run -p decodex --bin decodex -- radar validate artifacts/github/social-candidates -> OK (4 Radar artifact JSON files validated)

Notes

  • Repo labels codex and codex-automation were not available, so no labels were applied.

Closing as part of the publisher/release automation reset. This PR is superseded by the new automation design pass; do not merge or use it as current publication/checkpoint authority.
