Summary

• bump workspace and native-host release metadata to v0.2.5
• update release-facing scroll-capture docs from v0.2.4 to v0.2.5
• align native visual-contract smoke overlay settle with the HUD-follow smoke default to avoid dropping the click-freeze guard after perf runs
