Add live HUD window telemetry

Summary

• add capture-scoped window snapshot telemetry for live HUD window filtering
• report self-capture exception updates with capture correlation
• keep existing capture_timing.start_capture schema unchanged
• refresh two Rust image-size helpers for Rust 1.96 Clippy manual_option_zip
