right now, the navbar icon no longer matches the favicon (due to it being updated with the bounty winner selected by @/zachlatta (@skyfallwastaken made this favicon update in 2674fd4). example below:
this pr unifies the "hackatime brand" reserving the normal hackclub logo for contexts when it represents hackclub itself (like sign-in with HCA):
