Removed C++ ld-decode-tools: These tools will live in their own repo for a short while and then be replaced by decode-orc
Updated build environment: The environment is now pure Python and the application can be installed by simply typing "pip install ."
ld-ldf-reader: This was a C++ utility only used by ld-decode. It's been refactored into Python and is now part of the ld-decode repo.
Packages: If you tag a release on the repo you will get a Linux FlatPak, a MacOS DMG and a Windows MSI automatically. All packages are build for every commit - but the artefacts are only stored on a tagged release.
Version: added --version to ld-decode. This will report the current commit hash and *-dirty if the commit has been locally modified.
