html file is the jupyter notebook conversion of html file , along with ipynb i added html format of that also. so merge it. |

Added a Jupyter Notebook of Numpy basics that are used in Machine Learning. Random number generation with numpy and other methods of numpy. Along with notebook i added the file in html format to directly read the executed code and understand.
