fix: revive first-run workflow and demo polish

Summary

• pins the repo to Node 20 + pnpm 9.15.9 via Corepack so first-run setup matches CI and local scripts
• fixes the Vitest/React production-build failure by forcing NODE_ENV=test and loading jest-dom setup
• tightens launch surfaces: README/CONTRIBUTING first-run docs, real GitHub/X links, valid playground routing, and demo copy
• adds the missing launch layer: three stealable examples for analytics dashboards, agent inbox/task queues, and chat with artifacts/actions
• adds a launch kit with the one-line wedge, resume bullet, 45-second demo script, and launch copy draft
• resolves strict TypeScript/lint issues in the CLI and pattern components

Notes

• Build still emits existing non-fatal warnings about stale Browserslist data and missing Next ESLint plugin config.
