Plugin evolution

Hi,
I submit you a huge pull . The change of the code was motivated by:

• the fact that modifications of the source layer is not easily updated
• the "savability" of the labeled layer depends of one other plugin

Here, it uses a pluginlayer class for drawing the header lines. Labels are managed by the source layer, which is more logical imho.
Tell me what do you think about it.
Some enhancements are still to do, like the selection of the appearance of the header line layer.

the fork is fully operationnal on https://github.com/patricev/EasyCustomLabeling
I think that this plugin evolution is really usefull. Can you tell me if you agree to integrate the changes in this plugin or if I have to create a new plugin in qgis ?
