Centurion cleanup-day preservation of uncommitted work from a linked worktree (smart-context-rot-aware-dial) of supercompact.

Committed:

  • Added: SUMMARY.md, compaction_target.py

Excluded: none. The secret grep flagged sk- in both files — it is the substring inside "task-specific"/"task-specificity", not a secret. The dirty branch sits on the worktree base branch (smart-context-rot-aware-dial), so this PR into main may show extra commits — expected.

Acting agent: hai (dirty-sweep subagent), centurion cleanup day 2026-07-12.

This ensures that Claude Code can fully load a compacted session by relinking the parentUuid of kept messages. Also adds logic to write the unchanged jsonl if the session is already within budget to prevent missing output errors.
Added: SUMMARY.md, compaction_target.py
Exclusions: none (sk- grep hits are the substring in 'task-specific', not secrets).
Linked worktree of supercompact.
