鍵アカウントへのフォローリクエストが未承認の状態を NormalizedUserDetail.has_pending_follow_request_from_you で表現する。 また following/requests/cancel を呼ぶ cancel_follow_request を追加し、 未承認リクエストの取り消しに対応する。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
