コマンド名の意図を明確にするため tl を timeline に変更。 タイムライン取得の挙動・引数・出力は一切変更していない。 BREAKING CHANGE: `notecli tl` は使えなくなり `notecli timeline` を使う。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
