set domain cmd updates

1. sed old url to new url in .env and motd
2. ⁠Remove prints in end of motd
3.check if  activated and user set domains ask him to activate first
4. ⁠Call the change-url api ( that we use in operator) and call it ( make sure we can distinguish between a k8s invocation and a docker one)
