Npgsql.EntityFrameworkCore.PostgreSQL is an Entity Framework Core provider built on top of Npgsql. It allows you to use the EF Core ORM with PostreSQL.
Note that beta packages are available for for dotnet RC1, and RC2 work is in progress.
